This Privacy Policy explains how Slotix ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our booking platform and related services (the "Service").

We collect information you provide directly when creating an account or making a booking, such as your name, email address, phone number, business details, and payment information processed by our payment provider (Creem). We also collect technical data automatically — IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited and timestamps — to operate and secure the Service.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to: • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service • Process bookings and manage your calendar • Process payments and subscriptions through Creem • Send transactional emails (booking confirmations, password resets, billing notices) • Comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud • Respond to support requests
3. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with: • Service providers who help us operate the Service (hosting, analytics, email delivery, payment processing via Creem) • Authorities when required by law or to protect our rights • Other parties with your explicit consent Clients booking via your public booking page share their contact details with you, the business operator.
4. Payment Information
Payments are handled by our payment processor Creem (creem.io). We do not store full card numbers on our servers. Creem's privacy policy applies to all data they collect during checkout.
5. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication (keeping you logged in), preferences (language, theme), and basic analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser, but the Service may not function correctly.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. After account deletion, we keep limited records (billing history, legal compliance) for up to 7 years as required by law. You can request deletion at any time via the contact email below.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. You may also object to processing or withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us by email.
8. Security
We use industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS), secure authentication, and access controls to protect your data. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.

10. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
