Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Slotix ("Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements.
2. Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at egorzozulia@gmail.com of any unauthorized access.
3. Subscription Plans and Pricing
Slotix offers two plans: • Free — $0/month, includes a personal booking page, smart slot scheduling and unlimited bookings. • Business — $4.99/month, includes everything in Free plus the ability to create up to 3 organizations, manage staff, and use a public organization booking page. Paid subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled. Prices are displayed in USD and exclude any applicable taxes.
4. Payment and Billing
Payments are processed by our payment provider Creem (creem.io). By subscribing you authorize us and Creem to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. Failed payments may result in suspension of paid features.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access until that date. Payments already made are non-refundable except as required by law.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: • Violate any law or third-party right • Upload malicious code or attempt to break the Service • Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages • Resell or sublicense the Service without our written consent • Reverse engineer or scrape the platform
7. Your Content
You retain ownership of content you upload (organization details, services, schedules, client data). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host and display this content as needed to operate the Service. You are responsible for the legality of the content you upload.
8. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may perform maintenance, update features, or temporarily limit access without prior notice.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that harms other users, our reputation, or our infrastructure. You may delete your account at any time.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that bookings or schedules will be free of errors.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Slotix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
12. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after such changes means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable consumer-protection and contract laws of the user's country of residence. Any disputes will be resolved in good faith first by direct contact at egorzozulia@gmail.com.
